How long will my order take to ship?
All order made before 14:00/2pm will be dispatched on the same day.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Here at KiraKira Lashes we are partnered with Auspost to try to deliver your goods safely and timely.
Standard shipping – 1-6 days
Express shipping – 1-3 days depending if your suburb is metro or rural.
Where are you based?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia.
Where are your products sourced?
All our products are ethically sourced.
Our Pro-made/Handmade lashes are sourced in Vietnam.
Whereas our liquids such as adhesives/bonder/primer are all sourced in South Korea, all graded, registered and certified.
What is your adhesive's shelf life?
Our adhesive's shelf life is 6 months unopened. We label all our adhesives with their expiration dates so you are sure when they expire. Once opened they are recommended to be thrown out after 4~5 weeks depending on storing condition.
